The "NewCams" Menu

The "NewCams" (Special) menu allows you to send us webcams so that after review we can post them to all iCamMaster users.

iCamMaster periodically checks our web server for new posted cams, when available you'll get a notification. The new webcams appear listed in the first positions under the "NewCams" menu. Selecting one will activate the browser window and a connection to the selected webcam will be stablished.

After that you can save the cam with the "Add/New Webcam" button (See next section). The "NewCams" menu changes periodically, as new webcams are posted the last ones are removed, so if a new webcam is interesting to you the only way to keep it is to add it to your stored webcams.

To send us a webcam to be posted to all iCamMaster users select "Submit a New Webcam..." under the "NewCams" menu.

 

The dialog box will auto fill with the values of the current browser's window webcam. Once completed press the "Submit" button to send the webcam data to us and dismiss the dialog box.

• Name: The name for this webcam, as will appear in the "Special" menu.
• The update rate (15, 30 , 60 etc. seconds).
• Picture's URL: The address of the image for this webcam.
• Email: If this is your personal webcam type your email, so other iCamMaster users will be able to send messages to you.
• ICQ#: If this is your personal webcam type your ICQ number, so other iCamMaster users will be able to send messages to you.
• Comments: Type additional info on the webcam. This info will appear on the info field of the browser's window.
